This company has been impossible to work with. They charged my credit card $297 a month for 8 months incorrectly for services I never signed up. The only reason the charges stopped was that I had to cancel my credit card! Despite endless emails and voicemails to this company, the only resolution i received was a credit to my account for 3 of the 8 months of charges, and only because the credit card company was coming after them. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for $1485 of fraudulent charges to my account. Considering they understand the value of social media, why would they treat people like this? Do they think the word won't get out that they are not to be trusted.
