When I bought Spam Subtract there was no mention of a limit to the number of activations. It was pitched as a lifetime purchase. Whose lifetime are we talking about??

Because I now get THIS message when I try to activate or upgrade the program.

I used oneyedjack@lvcm.com on the original downloaded purchase.

I also have the version on CD. The CD version works but it appears that you will not let me upgrade it to the latest version either.

I get this message. I did not know that there was a limit to the times I could upgrade the program when I bought the CD version.

I guess your webpage name should be changed to;

I purchased SpamSubtract PRO but it is still running as a trial. How do I register the product?

Answer
Confirm that you are running the latest SpamSubtract software (version 1.8x). If you are not already running the product please start SpamSubtract. Once started click the SpamSubtract tray icon in the lower right corner of your screen and view the version number in the upper left corner of the screen.

If you are running an older version of SpamSubtract you must download and install the latest SpamSubtract software from http://www.spamsubtract.com/download.html

With the latest version of SpamSubtract installed, open the product and click Activate.

When prompted, enter the email address used to purchase the product.

NOTE: You must be connected to the Internet for activation to be successful.
