Extremely disappointing and a waste of precious time. Every visit was stressful and overpriced. And didn't help me. It's clear that (1) they don't know how to treat Lyme, (2) they're just in it to make money. 

I've had to deal with:
 -the male technician in hyperbaric snapped at me in frustration several times when I was making a request. There's no excuse to talk to any sick person in that manner; it's not my problem if your life sucks.
 -hyperbaric sessions were mostly extremely stressful because they are unaware or don't care that a quiet environment is essential while you're in the session. Thus, I cancelled the rest of my package because there's no way in hell I'm going to continue to subject myself to that environment while this sick. Staff have loud conversations and phone calls in the room - while you're in the chamber. I mentioned to them several times that you can hear everything in the chamber, yet the noisy behavior continued. They simply don't care. There shouldn't be conversations in there - if so, then in quiet voices so as not to disturb the people in the chambers - not normal and excessively loud conversational tones.
 -disorganized staff. Can't get the right lab order. Can't get the right prices for their services. And then make you feel like you're the problem.
 They sent me my blood test results 3 weeks after they receive them! Why???

-medical advice that doesn't work at all - I've had to do my own thorough research and find my own solutions
-the NP that's supposed to be monitoring my health journey didn't respond to my emails or questions. that same NP refused to give me a prescription for something that's proven to remove toxins in the gut and is helpful for Lyme patients. She was making it dependent on some test that may or may not be conclusive.
 -staff that use me as their therapist and seek my advice on their personal problems - when I'm extremely sick! 
-the staff complain about the working conditions
- the staff talk badly about each other behind each other's back
-the male nurse there is a pervert and kept hitting on me, despite my being extremely sick, a patient (that's illegal behavior), and clearly giving him the cold shoulder. In fact, that same male nurse touched a female staff's back in a way that made her uncomfortable - she confided that to me.
 -that same male nurse bruises my vein every time he administers an IV. An IV attempt from 2 weeks ago left a severely bruised vein - that is still bruised. That means he is poorly trained and shouldn't be allowed to put needles in people.

Whenever I have questions, the male nurse gets aggressive with his answers - in frustration - like he doesn't want to be bothered or deal with me. Or that I shouldn't be asking clarifying questions or have any issues - basically, he bullied me with his aggressive approach so I comply. He clearly has not been trained on how to interact with sick individuals, particularly lyme patients.
 -I let them know I cannot tolerate more than 2,000 mg of Vit C in an IV. They insisted on 10,000 mg. Like I don't know my own body. It felt like knives going in. So I couldn't even get the IV and just ended up with a still badly bruised vein 2 weeks later (2 inches in length) - as mentioned above.
 -To get hyperbaric, you have to change into a t-shirt and scrub bottom they give you. You have to remove underwear and bra. In the t-shirt, as a female, everything shows. The male technician almost every time - would keep staring at my chest in close proximity. It is a predatory energy that me extremely uncomfortable and anxious on my drive there - every single time. It does feel violating to go somewhere sick and vulnerable and be treated in that manner.
 -the hyperbaric staff that I asked basic questions about the specific techniques of the chamber - didn't know the answer. I received an answer 24 hours later in person, but probably after he'd googled it. That's scary given the health and fire risks of hyperbaric. In an emergency, I have no faith these folks would know what to do - I'm pretty sure you'd not be able to get out of there unscathed.

It is easy to push sick people around because they're too sick to put up a fight or protest, and that's what these people are doing. It's easy to overcharge $500 or $300 for routine visits - yet give nothing in return that works - because sick people are too exhausted to fight back or protest. That's what these people are doing. They are taking advantage of sick people.

 Bottom line: you will NEVER heal in that type of environment. It's impossible. Healing requires a nurturing environment by people who actually care about your well-being AND actually know what they are doing. These people DON'T care about you. They DON'T know how to heal Lyme. And neither does Dr. Shor because I emailed him some of my concerns, and he hasn't bothered to respond to me. This is just a paycheck to them. And this is just a cash cow to Dr. Shor - even the staff has hinted at that.
