International Diamond Center IDC coin and bullion hidden fees and constantly changing their word on products they say they had Clearwater Florida

When I first called and had prices quoted for both a 1/2 oz and 1/4 oz bars of gold and were told they had plenty in stock so I told them I would be at the bank in about half an hour to wire the money. Once arriving at the bank and calling to confirm the amount for the bars, they told me that they hadn't had either type of bar in almost a week and offered to sell me a 1/2 oz gold eagle for more than the bars were. 

While eagar to purchase my first piece of gold, I bought the eagle and wired the money at the quoted price including shipping and handling only to receive a phone call about two hours later while at work saying that he didn't realize they were going to have to send the gold to me and that they would waive the other $30 shipping fee they didn't charge me but i would have to pay a $15 fee to have it insured when shipped.

Needless to say they have hidden fees and people that are uneducated on what materials they do or don't have and getting a straight answer out of anyone there is almost impossible!
