During the interview process with ILG, I was made numerous promises.  

I was told there were refrigerators and microwaves in every truck and all trucks were in pristine condition. Which was not the case. The trucks had nothing and were in fair condition, barely passing inspection.    

I was also made promises that I would not be given loads in the Northeast, but be given loads that kept me in a region close to Colorado so I could have home time when needed.    None of this happened.  

I noticed on my checks that there were deductions taken out that I was not made aware of.  They took money out of every weekly check for Workmans Comp. and a security deposit of $125. They also skipped a couple of my loads, but when I caught it, they did pay me for all but 1 of them. They also don't take taxes out.

After I had enough and was not being given a load so I could be home for my scheduled home time, I brought the truck back to ILG and cleaned it out.  I was told they would put me up in a hotel and get me a rental car home as they had brought me to Illinois they would get me home.   Well, they did, after 3 days, but when I got my last check, they had charged me for the hotel, over $500.00 for the rental car, and also charged me a $200. Truck cleaning fee.  

I spoke to Martin and was told they are not going to do anything about the fees and will not reimburse me for any of them. Suposedly they will pay me in 45 days for my security deposits only, but we will see.
