In February of 2012 I signed up for a home based business with International Marketing Solutions. My contact person was Ben Murphy Who painted a picture of me making over $17,000.00 in the 6 months after I signed up. He told me that his personal guarantee was that if I didn't make that much I would be given an additional 6 months of the business web site at no charge...and the advertizing would continue for that 6 months also at no cost to me.

I was allowed to break up my fee to start this business into 3 monthly payments of $531.66. Mr Murphy also agreed to waive the second and third payments from me if this business didn't generate enough revenue to cover the second and third payments. Mr. Murphy told me my only obligation would be to provide a testimonial at the end of the 6 months to tell the world of my success with IMS. Mr. Murphy was very friendly and had a down home persona that made me feel very comfortable with him. After I gave him my credit card for the first payment he told me I could call him any time with questions or concerns or even just to say hi.

Fast forward to the end of June 2012. After 4 months I had made zero sales, zero profits and my website was down and unavailable more than it was up and functioning. I called Mr Murphy at least 50 times to find out what was going on and was always told he was not available, not in the office, in a meeting, etc etc. I left several messages for him to return my calls and as of today's date August 28th 2012 my last conversation with Mr. Murphy was way back in February when he told me to call him  "anytime." I did have several conversations with a man named Brandon Donatto who assured me every thing possible was being done to resolve the issues.

Finally I had had enough and reported IMS to the Arizona Atty General and to the BBB. I asked for a refund of my $531.66 and IMS agreed to pay it. I was told that my refund would be sent in 30 days which would have been on July 26th 2012. As of today, August 28th 2012 I have not received my refund and continue to get the run around from this company. They have a new phone number of 1-800-337-8330 that they NEVER answer and an email that they also rarely respond to. Brandon Donatto has lied to me about my refund and I will be suprised if I ever get it even though they agreed to it in an e-mail they sent to the BBB in response to my complaint. Don't let these smooth fast talking guys get into your pocket...they are not a company that keeps their word..at least to me.

After several months of no contact with Mr Donatto I unexpectedly came across his cell phone number and called him. Much to my surprise he answered...I told him who I was and he played dumb like he didn't know who I was. When I reminded him about my dealings with him while he worked for IMS he still said he wasn't real sure who I was but he claimed he no longer worked at IMS. He said he was starting his own company...something called firearmsystems.net....then he said to me "you got my name all over the internet complaining about me...its hurting my new business...can you do me a favor and remove me from these complaints"? Pretty funny how I went from being someone he really didn't remember to knowing about all the complaints I have posted about him online. Mr. Donatto is, in my opinion, a dishonest man who is NOT to be trusted. I would advise anyone thinking about getting involved with this new business of his, firearmsystems.net to tread very carefully and do your home work. Mr. Donatto, you were a part of a company that ripped me off for several hundred dollars and I know you have access to get in touch with Ben Murphy and Tuscan Redd, and until you man up and do the right thing and expose your fellow rip off buddies I will continue to track you, monitor you, and tell as many people as humanly possible what type of business person you are...I want the refund that YOU promised me from IMS and until I get it I will continue to make you sorry you ripped me off.
