I used to work with these people. Their ability to be non professional is nothing short of breathTaking.

procedures used are non sterile.  Equipment is not cleaned between patients.  One towel is used on biomats that are used by 15 To 20 clients. Usaully she doesn't use towels at all.

speaking of biomats, some clients were understandably upset that they had been waiting up to five months and had not yet received their biomats.

Electrode paste is put on back of the hand and then scraped back into the jar. 

This woman claims she can place the electrode on top of the scalp and open up the blood brain barrier.  Just wow.  Did I mention neither of these people has any neurofeedback certification to speak of?  Just general training that takes a whopping one weekend for both levels.

She will make appointments and then not show up or call to clients to cancel. 

She did this six days in about 9 weeks.  I am talking full days, not just a patient or two in a day.  Always full of excuses and , I promise .  So incredibly unreliable. 

Whatever the plans are, both of these people should be avoided if you value your health or your business. Personal health information was shared with people it should not have been shared with. 

LENS is an amazing therapy when applied to Ochs Labs standard applications.  They have their own idea of doing things though and I would believe it when someone says their sessions ended up making them worse.  

Stay away! The bad reviews should be carefully considered.  I have worked with these people.
