On Friday October 14, 2011 I was checking my bank account balance and there was a purchase for $49.98, from the company International Wig.com. I went to there website and emailed them stating that a transaction was made from their company and it was fraudulant and to please contact me. I received several emails from a very rude no named customer service representative, who tells me that they show an order for weeks ago and that i should have received a email confirmation i went on to advise that several weeks ago i did try and place an order but i never received confirmation or the order. i asked for the representative to please supply me with delivery confirmation, the representative than went on to avoid my request and stayed that i was slowand obviously could not read my own bank statement. The representative also sent me several harrassing emails. please never use this company they are the worse and are a complete fraud!
