Ripoff Report Verified Safe

A sales person named Remy Lacanaria called me at home. She talled me that I will be charged $3.88 for shipping of program for review.
I have not discuss with her anything else.
I have not received any booklet from them.
After two weeks I was charged $72.21.
When I called phone provided, it turned out this phone number is only 3rd party number. They anly takes phone calls. So I wasn't able to get to anybody to disput the charge.

I have filled complain to BBB. Thera are some complains already for this company.

I immediately cancelled the service by phone and was told this is non-refundable charge.

I am disputing this as well with my credit card provider.
So I feel they are ripping off the consumer with hidden charges for no service. No program ever received.
