Internet Research Associates/ Clark Covington Not Paid for Freelancing Services Columbia , South Carolina

I been working for the company off and on for about a year and a half. I started back working with the company in May. Since I started back working with the company the owner has been slow about paying. For example, if you turn in an assignment then it could be two or three weeks before receiving payment. Also, if you do about three or four assignments then he would pay for one assignment at a time.

I was getting ready to leave the company because of the inconsistency in payments because I need something more stable. Before I could quit, the owner deactivated my account because I was late with an assignment. He didn't even bother to tell me that I would no longer be writing with the company. I didn't find out until I was trying to turn in my work when trying to login to the website.

I emailed him about when should I expect to be paid for the work that I done on the board. He owes me 625.00. It took me calling him unprofessional before he would respond to my emails. He claimed I would be paid and the work has to be approved by clients and he has to get around to doing payroll. The payments that I am asking for was already late and stuff that he should have paid me for weeks ago. It has been a week since he actually responded to one of my emails and I still haven't received payment.
