What government agency has jurisdiction over filing a complaint pertaining to usury and prosecution of same. We have been charged over 40% on a commercial loan involving a development property. It was a loan given in a time of desperation by a predator lender looking to benefit financially against the laws of Florida pertaining to usury. Please contact with any useful information.
