7/12/16 go to Interstate Battery to have my battery checked since I had purchased it from them in 2013. Technician services battery adds water. He spilled some of that water on the car and says to me not to worry it is only distilled water not only once but twice. 7/14/16 I notice some black spots on front of car exactly the battery was serviced 7/12/16. Since my car is in mint condition for an 05 I decided to have it detailed to remove those spots. 7/15/16 I arrived to get car detailed and he says he can not remove that it is damaged from battery acid. The paint on the car is now damaged due to battery being serviced. I get an estimate for repair. 7/15/16 I go to Interstate Battery to resolve issue and the technician denies any negligence on his part and again states it's only distilled water proceeds to show me as he pours water onto his hand see it is really only water. I am less than impressed at his stupidity. It is so obvious there was contamination after filling battery with that famous distilled waterotherwise there would be no errosion on the body of my car exactly where the battery is located you would only access from that exact area. I did call the SGPD they arrived saw the damage and agreed it is battery acid damage. I was hoping Interstate Battery would step forward and do the right thing especailly since they claim to have  Chrisian Values pure Poppycock. After all that nothing has been accomplished except I now have a bill for auto body repair this is not fair at all.

I also used my credit card to purchase some other type of batteries from Intersate and I have a receipt showing I was there 7/12/16.
