Interstate Capital Convinced us to send money for six months no payments! Boston Massachusetts

I recieve a phone call due to a loan i had applied for online. It was Roger Taylor with Interstate Capital. He told me about the loan made it sound great! My money problems would all be fixed! Roger then proceed to tell me that i would need to send $595 dollars to get six months with no payments! I borrowed money from a few family members to have enough. I even included my step daughter in to this to help her out! I sent the money via money gram from walmart. I was told by roger that my loan would be in the bank by morning! I go out of town due to the holidays and still no money! I call he tells me that it was not enough to get the loan payments down to where i can afford them! I send him Three hundred more dollars! Still no money in the bank now i cant get ahold of him! I continue to call and still no answer will not return phone calls nothing! One day i have my wife call you using a different name and a MR. Patel Picks up saying roger is no longer with the company. He tells me that my money i sent will be deposited back in to my account in ten days. I wait ten days still no money! I call him aback and the tells me it may be a month before i get my money back. I get upset with him telling him i cant afford that and he proceeds to call me names and tells me to quit calling him! MY step daughter is very upset so she calls! He answers the phone she wants to know if they have a claims department he wants to know what its reaguarding so she says odus kilpatricks loan and a potencial law suit and gets angry with and calls her names and tells her to stop calling and hangs up! Interstate Capital and MR. Patel is a huge rip off for people with finacial problems!!!! Odie Benton, Arkansas
