Interstate Recovery Solutions Pay Day Loan Scam Buffalo, New York Internet

 Interstate Recovery Solutions is a scam. They will introduce themselves to you as "investigator" or somebody of authority from the government. They will notify you of a court appearance (no such thing exist). They managed to illegally obtain my private personal information and attempt to scam me by telling me a pay day loan was taken out under my name back in 2011. They get you fired up by having an intense amount of information on you, tell you that your assets are going to be frozen, and that you will be going to jail. They can help you prevent that if you make a payment to Interstate Recovery Solutions (which they referred to me as IRS) they will get that pay day loan paid off. So essentially, on one hand they're saying they're going to take you to court. On the other hand, they're going to prosecute you. All of this is just an act to make you panic and hand over your debit/credit card number or your bank account number. DO NOT give them any personal information. DO NOT give them any credit/debit/bank numbers. DO NOT tell them how much money you have in the bank or what banks you have. When they list people as references to your pay day loan, DO NOT list what kind of relation you have with those people. When I asked the lady who called me to verify herself and Interstate Recovery Solutions as a legitimate business or government agency, her answer was "Well I have to be legitimate to have all this information." Wrong, these people stole this information and now they're trying to steal your money. Hang up on them and ask them to not call back, otherwise you will report them to the police for harassing phone calls.
