I have stayed at Intown Suites Matthews on and off for 2 year. I travel for business and have to stay for long periors of time for business. They continue to go up on rates and the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I don't usually complain, but my room has NOT been cleaned but once in four weeks and the Property Manager KAY CUNNINGHAM takes no responsibility for anything that happens at this location. After complaining about the poor quality service at this locations, she does not show interest in helping and the staff has a high turnover rate.
I have tried to reach out to corporate and their is no connection for complaints. Matter of fact Kay Cunningham would not provide a number for corporate when I asked for it. So I have resorted to complaining here on RIPOFFReport. If you are planning to stay at this location, run like hell. This location has a lot to prove before I will return.
This location also has a ROACH problem at the highest degree and nothing has been done!!
