Intuit Inc Intuit Merchant services Quickbook Payments making us responsible for $ 44,821.00 In Charge backs we did not charge in our account and giving us no proofs Woodland Hills California

Intuit Inc as our merchant service company on 7/20/2015 states that someone used our user name and passcode and changed our bank account and then ran $44,821.00 worth of credit card charges, which they paid to this unknown account. They did not contact us for bank account change, nor for unusual high credit card charges, nor for over our 10,000.00 a month charge limit on our account. But yes to tell us that we are responsible for the $44,821.00 that they paid to somoenes account that they dont know who it is? 

In 2015? a large company as Intuit Inc is going to tell me that they cant supply us with a thorough investigation with the proper security measures, IP address, proof of wire payments, etc But only that you are liable since it was dont in our system under your name? They dont want to speak about the case just to tell them what payment plan do I want to arrange? For money we did not ran charges, nor did we receive the payments into our bank account.

This is really a delinquent company.
