Investools Dishonest & public fraud in billing Draper Utah

It was about a year ago when I saw a sponsored Investools program and I decide to call them to register for one of their seminar to know exactly how the program works.

When I went to seminar the speaker (Phil) did not want his speech to be recorded or videoed, knowing that he was going to deceive, and defraud the public by lying to them. When I left the seminar I had no intention of pursuing the program but the kept calling saying a free one week of trial that made me to give in since it was free without knowing that the employees were lying.

They charged my credit card for $2049, when they sent me the package I open it and tried reading the documents to enable me apply it, but it wasn't easy to understand the program also was not a learner's application. After four days of trying to make sense of how the program works the more confused I got. I immediately call them to return the package; I was then told to keep the package till I get confirmation number to return it. I still kept it for 2 days thinking that they will call and give me the confirmation number but to no avail.

I then decided to send back the package without the confirmation number but the returned it back and then told me that they don't accept returns. I then requested for my $2049 refund they then told me it was a no refund no return policy. We email forth and back but the still refused to refund my money.
