Amazing what these people will do to steal from people. I'm glad they where able to get the other companies listed on this artlces so thhe public can be warned.  This time Mr Perez can't file Bankrupcy on the bonds that he will be owning to the victims. Mr Perez encouraged people to invest with him with there credit cards then tells them to file for bankruptcy to misuse the Bankrupcy system. He was saying he would file Bankrupcy everyday if he has to but not this time. This is also possibly getting investigated and his tax return. Knowing how Mr Perez is, he has maybe even committed tax fraud. Time will tell as the authorities investigate the case more. He was brought to jail for claiming to be an attorney in new port Richey and encouraged clients to file Bankrupcy after they maxed out there debts . There is nothing to discredit that has been posted thus far because the facts speaks for its self. All the post that has been posted is back with verifiable data along with images. As I have mentioned earlier in a post that you can speak to FINRA if you have been a victim. They are in charge of prosecuting him and helping the victims get whole. I am really not interested in other people tactics and thus far the only tactic that has been pulled is Miguel (Mike) Perez conned, lied, cheated other people of their money and assets  but that is why he is behind bars like he should be. Check the facts yourself on Pasco county sheriff arrest records. It has already been posted with images.  By posting all this is to bring attention or publicity to the companies he is involved in so other people will not be victimized. If Mr. Perez is a successful business person like everyone claims he is, he would not be behind bars and people would not be posting stuff like this. Honest business people with integrity usually don’t get locked up like this. They work out any issues and differences. In this case he doesn’t care and he is paying the price now. He has committed criminal activity before and hasn’t learned his lesson. This time it is being advertised all over the internet and possibly on national TV. These posts sure do give him an advantage for sure of warning other to not to get involved with anything he does or his associations. He can explain himself in front of the Judge and the witnesses that show up. There hasn’t been a court hearing scheduled yet but will post that as it come up on Pasco county clerk of the court or Hillsborough clerk of the court. I am not sure why you want to know who is posting because it is all irrelevant on exposing this and that will not be revealed. He can start by making the victim’s whole and paying the bond. He might be able to get some good reviews then. Maybe not we’ll see. He is not even trying to get the victims whole so the negative posting will continue. I too was involved in the companies he was a part of, but my question is  WHO is this original author? You seem to know so much about Mike perez. You post often but never say your name or business or why you even post. Were you ripped off? If not how could I speak to someone who was. Or whoever is in charge of putting him in jail. I'd like to see if there is any money to be received. But again can the "original author" please tells us who they are. Because I have known companies to use tactics like this just to get attention. Like Donald trump has. Here we go again, another company he owns that he is not putting his name on rather than other people’s name. This time he is doing the same real estate conning except it is for the Spanish people. I tell you this guy will do anything to con people. He didn’t register the business in his name, Rather he put it in his employees name DONALD KAHN name or he puts it in his kids name to hide his identity. What is so sad is that they are all part of his scheme and manipulation. He is behind bars where he should be, Thank God, but if anyone is even considering getting involved with this guys or anyone who is associated with him be very weary. Hey Looser, the truth came out at the end. He is locked up where he should be. I think maybe you should be too since you were also involved in his business dealing and supporting the Ponzi scheme. The investigation is still going on so anything can still happen.

 My name is Luz I am one of the sisters mentioned in this compliant. Not sure why but here goes. I am a firm believer in not mixing business with family with that being said, I personally have never done or had any business dealing with by brother. I dont know and dont care to know how he runs his businesses. My relationship with my brother is that only of family. I have gone to my brother on several occasions for help. He has helped me. Having recently heard of this business venture I ran a search and found this article. After "checking the facts" in less than an hour decided it best to avoid this business.  The president of Investors Mentorship (Jonathan Alexander Perez) had domestic violence charges pressed against him last month by his wife (Pasco Civil Court Records). His father (Miguel Angel Perez) who is the vice-president has multiple felony charges against him in past years for grand theft and cocaine trafficking (Miami-Dade and Pinellas County Civil Court Records) of which he did prison time for. Miguel Perez was indeed found guilty twice by the Florida Bar for "engaging in the unlicensed practice of law" (found guilty in 2010 and 2012) and is now prohibited from working as a paralegal.  The list of businesses and LLC's listed with his name at Sunbiz.Org are numerous beyond comprehension - most of which are now inactive/defunct.  In recent years he has been in multiple businesses with another partner that when you google the partners name pulls up as a minister whom was arrested 2 years ago for fraud. After 1 hour of research it is clear that I will not be investing in a business called "Investment Mentorship" by those that clearly have no right to mentor anyone about investments. Thank you - "Check the facts".  I will invest elsewhere with more reputable business owners.

I just recently came across this and I am also a victim of IMC and Mr.Perez's scheme. The first report is correct that he is a crock. He took people's money and promised them big goals and dreams but never followed through. He talks a big game but nothing to show forth. Mr. Perez is being investigated by the Feds. They have contacted me and a numerous of other people who have been victims. Hopefully this time the Authorizes shut him down for good and learns his lesson. He might be on the next episode of American Greed. If he wants to be a star, he can be a star on American Greed in the Jails cell. He might like the black and white suit or the orange suit.

To all of you reading this, I hope to clear up some confusion and to shed some light on this situation.  I am Miguel's 2nd son and for those of you that know me know that I am not scared to voice my opinion. I remain unbiased and neutral at all times but I am hoping the facts will speak for themselves. 

First in regards to what I supposedly said.  Around August of 2013 I had a conversation with Joanna regarding my soon to happen involvement with the military. I was part of the managing/operating group with a couple of the investments. At that time my wife and I found out that she was pregnant. The businesses were on the rise to making money and returns to investors (myself included) but had not reached that point yet. I was going to need to more than what the businesses were gonna be able to provide so at that time my wife and I decided it would be best to obtain a job ( the military) that would be able to provide that for us. And we found that. 

Next I would like to try to find any type of validity in anything you stated in your initial "rant." I'm confused as to who the scumbag is... or even the scammer. Is this the same person that helped you with your bills when you were living in St. Petersburg. Is that the same scammer that helped you out of your "miserable" living situation with your family. Is this the same scammer that provided you a job to help provide for your family. But on the flip side you forgot to mention that it's the same job that you were trying to take advantage of..trying to come in when you wanted, continued to be late, and ultimately was the same job that let you go. You didn't express that in your earlier post.

As for the investment opportunity... Was this the same investment venture that you agreed to work. Which is the same investment venture you expected to pay you...but was the same one you didn't work. Oh I get it now. Everything is great until you actually have to work? It's great when people give you money. Work with you when you need things and bend over backwards to help you. But when those same people say no to the generosity... say no to catering to you..then they are the scammers. 

Then you want people to believe that you were the victim. The poor "christian" woman. Does your church not preach on "vengeance being the Lord's" what about putting thing in his hands. If you were honestly done wrong to..then God could've taken care of it. You invested because  you wanted more money.  You wanted more for your wedding. But then went way over your budget. Then you couldn't pay your bills.  Doesn't your church talk about being a good steward. (Being good with your money). But then if you don't pay your bills and purposely go against paying them and living for free...isn't that stealing and lying. Does your church not speak on that as well?  

While I can continually point out flaws and inconsistencies in your story I fail to find validity, truth, and grammatically correct punctuation and grammar in your venting session.  But hey. I'm not one to judge. And while I wait to see what inconsistent story you will reply with... I hope and pray you at least inform people with the full truth...not partiality...cause that would be more lying.

I have met Miguel Perez, and although I have never invested personally with him or any company associated with him, I have spoken with many people who have invested with him.  Without surmising, I can say that a multitude of investors have walked away disgruntled and lost money and/or homes.  Maybe some of those investors lost due to their own actions, but I know that many have lost, because they were misled.  Money and/or property were obtained by Miguel Perez under false pretenses, and after the investor or home owner lost money or home, Miguel Perez was the only individual who walked away with a profit.  I think the point here is, if Miguel Perez is an upstanding business man, why is he being attacked every time he turns around.  It seems this man spends more time defending himself than conducting business.  The multitude of accusations (whether they be false or true) should speak volumes.  I know that Miguel Perez has reinvented himself over and over again, because his many businesses have all failed, many ending in foreclosure.  I can’t understand how he is qualified to provide business mentorship when every business he has had has failed.  Failing in itself is not a crime, and many business owners fail before they succeed, but Miguel Perez, from all appearances sake, has failed miserably in every business that I personally know of up to this point in time.  The very fact that he is constantly in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and court – not to mention a terrible reputation, would make me want to steer clear of him.  

Evidence is there to prove what is being said is true. Check Pasco and Pinellas Civil Court records. Also google Mike /Miguel Perez supreme court . There is also a training class that uses Mike Perez has an example of how not to conduct business. Based on his dealings as a Paralegal. Also please be advised he has been banned to ever practice law or give legal advice .These are not the words of a disgruntled investor, but rather someone who has known Mike Perez for years and has seen the same scenario mentioned played over and over again. I urge  you , if you have been scammed go to the States Attorneys office and file a complaint. Eventually he is going to scam the wrong person and they will expose the complete truth. He has studied law, he knows what the legal loop holes are, so he stays within the law( most of the time) That doesnt change the fact that he is not ethical, fair or moral in his business dealings. It saddens me that so many good people have been hurt by this man. Do yourself a favor get the facts, look at the court records , talk to people who have known him for years,check into his previous businesses ,almost all have failed.There are many LLCS under his name.

What is disgusting about this last posting is that the one posting it sounds like Miguel Perez's niece.  She was living in one of his rental properties at a discount but felt that she no longer needed to pay rent because she felt that he did not need the money.  To this day she has not even paid the water bill and is 4 months behind in that.  And by the way the web site that she is talkig about is down because the person that filed the initial report never completed the website and Miguel Perez was not going to pay for something that he did not receive.  by the way she turned over the website link to a porno website.  Why is it that these people filing these bogus reports are not showing their name?  Doesn't the accused have the right to face their accuser?

This is a rebuttal to the posting by anonymous of a purported scam by Investors Mentorship INC.  To begin with, if anonymous is so certain about herself (I say herself because this could only come from Nicole Harrel a small time investor), why is she so afraid to use her own name.  Ripoff report states to not post any trivial comments which do not add anything useful to the discussion but what I see here are nothing but trivial comments.  This is the very same person that had asked Investors Mentorship INC to allow her back into the group back in October of 2014.  With all that had happened with Nicole's lack of performance, with her commitments to Investors Mentorship INC, she was not invited back.  All of these accusations are pure sour grapes which were posted in November of 2014 when she was not accepted back.

How does she have personal knowledge at what others have invested?  Why does she not post the terms of the contract?  Didn't she read the terms stating that this is a 5 year process.  All of the results are based on an individual's contributions.  The project she might be referring to included 7 individuals but 3 of them, of which Nicole was one of the 3, expected to get a free ride and not have to put in any sweat equity which is part of the process.  

She is speaking of MLMs as ponzi schemes?  Does she even know the real meaning of a "ponzi scheme"?  I would like to know who, or what, is "paycheck travel" since we have never heard of it.  I wonder what the founder of Emza Gold or Meleleuca would say if she is calling their product a "ponzi scheme"?  What we did with Melaleuca was to gift memberships to friends and family to see if they liked the product.  Never did we have any personal information of theirs unless they themselves did like the product and gave the information to Melaleuca.  The problem we had with Melaleuca was because Melaleuca did not like the fact that we were gifting the memberships so that our friends and family could first try the products before making a commitment.

As for the Guaranteeing of the $1,200.00 investment with a 150% rate of return where does she even come up with those numbers? A promise like that has never been made.  What is true is that there is a $1,200.00 investment as a member with a 120 day money back guaranteed if not satisfied with returns less any moneys earned to that point.

How does she know Investors Mentorship INC personal business as to what bills are being paid and what bills are not.  How does she know that the moneys were used to buy his personal residence. Does she have access to his personl financials?  I would like for her to identify those people that she states had pulled money from their credit cards or borrowed from their home equity and were told to file bankruptcy?  

She states that someone should put a stop to this guy I say that someone should put a stop to her putting out all of these false inuendoes and lies without providing any proof.  She is wide open to a libel lawsuit and expect it even more so if by the lies she is putting out there impacts what we are trying to accomplish as individuals.

On top of it all she was refunded all of her moneys invested.

Its very sad that I must say that this person was one of the seven people that did in fact get involved in a $220,000 real project, that was going to be rehabbed and made into a profit.  The mentorship guides, (does not make anyone do anything) like minded people to get started in business to get multiple streams of income, using property and direct sales.

Out the seven people in this project 3 did not want to remain in the project and wanted to breach the contract before it's term ended.  Although, the contracts were prematurely terminated I agreed to refund, the monies for the 3 that wanted out.  The other four including myself are staying in the

One was the website lady and photographer, the other was the New Port Richey Family and the Springhill guy.  There portion of the this $220k was $3,500 for the 1st, $3,000 for the 2nd and about $5,000 for the 3rd.  These 3 requested their money back, after going on company paid carribean cruises, (two), attending dozens of training and seminars at company cost, and still received their money back,  despite the fact that the signed contract.  I have signed settlements and copies of the returned/refund check to the three above mentioned.  I can provide all the above.

Ripoff report should ask these people doing the reports to provide proof, I am will to provide it are they?

I am willing to take a lie detector test on the spot to show that all this is an personal attempt to hurt another individual.  But there is a God that knows and sees everything.

The investors mentorship club was is a placed that will guide you and provide basic information obtained from other real estate guru's that can be very usedful in helping you to obtain a better living.  For anyone that has the motivation and drive groups live the Investors Mentorship Club will definitely give them the help to make it.

However, that is exactly what it is "help".  Some people what a FREE ride and some people need someone else to blame for there short comings in life.  Boy do I have a lot of short coming events in my life that I can use as EXCUSES for quitting and accepting nothing in life.  Nonetheless I chose to go forward.  Perfect No, Redeemed yes, my steps are guided by a GREAT God.

Its easy to say some one is not paying there bills like the website bill, (the problem with that is that the website lady had control of that not be.  The website was held hostage until I paid the money back) I thing they call that embezzelment.

As to my water bill not being paid, Well this is a water bill at my rental property that I rented to one of these 3 people and because I was nice enough to leave water bill in my name, I am get stuck with the bill for now.  I say for now because the lawyer is filing the civil claim against them to suit for triple damages a legal fees.  As well as Libel and Slander lawsuit coming that will make this right.

We are going to keep working hard and make, those that want a FREE ride can go and play the lotto and pray that they win their free ride.

A couple of these people demanded 100% profit on a project that was not completed, along with attorney fees and threatened to do harm online to us if we did not give them what they wanted.

All the contracts have been signed personally by these people and they knew that all is based on specalation. 

It's so sad that people would try so viciously to hurt other people. This person is making false accusations and speculations. By saying, "I think" or "I believe" further shows that this person is speaking out of their own assumptions. They're speaking for companies who they have not contacted. There is no way that this person could know about anyone's own personal, private finances but their own. There is nothing sketchy about this business that I have experienced. The company is very up-front and very honest that each person's success is dependant on their own efforts. I have never been given or seen this company give a guarantee. The company has never promised me anything. They have equipped me the tools that I need to succeed, but it's all up to me. The only negative thing I have ever heard is about people who didn't succeed because their efforts fell short. I praise this new company for all its doing. Do not listen to the sad, naysayers whose own failure is driving them to act so poorly against people who have tried to help them. There is always two sides of every story, but the side whose writing this report is filled with false accusations, lies, and speculations. 

I know exactly who filed this report they are a disgruntled investor who did very little work with one of the projects. I got involved about two years ago and have nothing but good to say. I have been able purchase a home and have upgraded my vehicle and my monthly check allows me to live a good life. It's all about what you put into it if you do very little you will get very little if you do a lot you will gain a lot but it all depends on you. Mike has nothing to do with your personal success all he can do is teach you the tools and if you sit through any seminar you will quickly learn he really knows his stuff and has a lot of knowledge to share; it's up to you to take that knowledge and do something with it. There is no 150% gaurantee because it all depends on you. The losers will always find an excuse as to why it didn't work and why someone else needs to be blamed but ultimately it's themselves they need to take a good look at.

I went to a seminar, googled them, and their website is down due to billing - doesn't make sense if you are bringing all this money in but don't pay for your website.   Investor Beware!
