Spoke with this guy after being "screened" by a person who could barely speak english.

This dave toldeo guy stated he would "pull out all the stops" to get money on a debt owed; was very demeaning of other services (including attorneys);  would not provide a referral (then stated he needed references from me, what a joke);

stated one purchase amount, then another; and was sooo busy talking about how wonderful he was that he failed to listen to most of what I was asking him about.

After asking some legitimate questions (referrals, bbb, ect) he became indignant, rude, and a "take it or leave it" attitude; (seemed as though he was trying to disaude me from using his services so I would stop asking questions).

Could not speak to an attorney (that he mentioned would be making all the decisions) - this guy is a total scam, and a loser who refuses to held to accountability for the things he states he does, can do, or will do.

I have copied this report to the Attorney General's office here in NC - I am infomred they will be looking for him should he attempt to do business in this state.

Stay away from this business! (if you can call it that)
