I downloaded MP3 Rocket and was never able to install the program. The company charged my credit card (actually I paid with PayPal's Virtual card). I have contacted the company via email many times. They responded to my first email and what they told me to do did not work. Since then I have gotten no response from them and I have sent them email many times. I also called and left a message but have not heard back from them. I want my money back because I am unable to use their program.
This has been ongoing since July 2, 2007 when I first downloaded their program. They say they will respond to any inquiries or problems within 12 to 24 hours. No response has been forthcoming from them. I also intend to report them to Pay Pal and dispute the charges.
