I thought iprepay was an honest company I had used this company (Radiant)for pos termials in New York and when contacted about how many more services the new computer termial would have, I thought it would be a real money maker- it was , just not for me.

I leased 5 terminals thru Signature leasing in Great Neck NY for $345 a month for 36 months, they added $38.00 more a month for insurance total$383.70 a month. Iprepay said they would give me $1000.00 to place the terminals or I could use a locator service and use the money to pay them. I chose a service in New York that was recommended by Iprepay.

Long story short ,The locator found me some locations but I had to go and talk to the merchants in the mean time I had to wait for printer that were not included with the terminals because of bad printers. by the time that I received the printers the merchants were not interested.

Finaly after locating a merchant and installing a terminal and printer, I find that I could only sell phone card and internet service, not prepaid gift cards, phones, prepaid health care ,prepaid ATM cards, prepaid store value cards. All of the services that I leased the terminals for I could not get. This was from Febuary thru August and Iprepay did not tell me about the lost of any of these services until I called and ask why my only merchant could not get any of the services.

I wrote emails and called Iprepay and talked too the CFO and was told that the services would be avalibile in 2007 and to put the terminals in stores. I could not even convence him that nobody wanted the terminals. His responce was that only me and one other person was haveing problems and that we did not know what we were doing, I contacted Sinature leasing and was told that other people had the same problem but that it was a non cancel lease and I would have to pay.

I shipped the terminals back to I prepay but it does not make any diffrence to Signature leasing I think that Iprepay and Signture leasing are in partners to scam us all. if any one else has had this problem and would want to file a joint law suit please contact me thru this service.
