This service place is a total ripoff.  I got a Toyota Camry 60,000 mile checkup (on May 22, 2010) and ended up paying $840 (including installation of a re-manufactured water pump).  The $840 charge was after $137 discount.  They overcharged on a bunch of services I didn't even need, which I unfortunately didn't figure out until after I had paid (I should not have trusted them, and instead should have checked the 60,000 mile service work recommended by Toyota).  They put in regular oil, but charged me $52 for synthetic oil.  They either overcharged me, or charged me for doing work that was not even required by the manufacturer for the 60,000 mile checkup like $29 for cleaning the battery, $98 for brake service, $40 for rotation/balance of tires, $42 for replacing engine air filter, $53 for replacing cabin air filter, $152 for transmission fluid pressurized flush, and $483 for replacement of a water pump (which I suspect did not need to be replaced), and $29.40 for the repair shop fee.  I am never getting anything fixed by a car dealer repair shop again, because when I called other shops and compared the prices/services, I realized I had been ripped off.  When I complained to the manager, he said he would think about it, and never called me back.  Unfortunately I trusted them (they assured me it was a "standard" 60,000 mile checkup) and had signed off on the order before they did everything.  I would tell other people to not trust this dealership if they tell you that something needs to be fixed (or that some work is "standard") and to get a second opinion from a non-dealer garage.  In fact it would be better to avoid dealer-associated crooked service garages altogether.
