Irby & Sons Contractors Unknown they said they were doing a Oncor energy audit lewisville Texas

At 8 am someone from 213 803 5777 called my home, since it was an unknown number for me I did not answer they left a message ataing they were with  oncor and wanting to know if we can rescedule our energy audit sue to the rain.  I never scheduled an energy audit with  Oncor energy or noone else for that matter.   Immediately that same number called my cell number, I answered.  The person could not even correctly pronounce my las name and I told him he had the wrong number.  A few minutes later he called my home number again and I answered in a deep disguised voice, he once again could not properly pronoune my last name and I ask how I could help him.  He stated he was with  Oncor and wanted to know if it was ok to come out to do the energy audit even qith the rain cause some people dont like them tracking water in their home.  I had already looked the number up on the internet and got some strange info from there.  I asked him where did he get this info I wanted this service to my house and he told me  oncor gave him this information.

I knew this was fraudlent cause I have never called Oncor about an energy audit and Oncor only has my cell number on file foe outages definately not cell and home number.  The caller soundes like he was a forienger or something from a different country, but the mug shot that came up on the internet did not show type of man.  He appered to be of lower class caucasion male so the voice calling did not match the person calling at all.
