They send a watch that doesn't work;
You do not receive a user manual. FAQ list is inadequate and gives wrong and destructive information;
If you want to return your watch, you have to pay an additional amount of USD 27 for the return address;
They instruct DHL/UPS to destroy your package within 3 days after delivery, if you are not at home;
You have to wait 7 working days or longer before they answer your email;
They promise reshipment, but they don't reship it. They can't even prove reshipment (no tracking/tracing number). They fake shipment.
They delay communication so you can't claim a reverse payment from your credit card company. They don't respond to your email!
Last but not least: they only want your money! Their customer service department is not trying to satisfy client needs in case of a dispute.
If you do not receive a watch, IReplica is not willing to help you. They want you to claim reverse payment from your credit card company.
Please mind that it's my first bad experience with a internet company, and I have never written a negative review on the internet.I can prove the abovementioned issues with correspondence, that I will forward to you if you like.

I wanted to write with an honest opinion of the products that I had just received from ireplica. Before I purchased product from them I had read this complaint and was hesitant because of the complaint. Now I am happy I did order from them. I ordered a rolex watch, a louis bag and wallet. The watch is near perfect right down to the weight and lazer etching to the watch. The Louis Vuitton bag I ordered is a very nice bag but it is by far an exact replica. The straps are not accurate, the hardware is gold when it shouldn't be, and the red on the leather is more of an orange. So I can say that if you are really looking for the exact replica of bags then think about it first, if you want something close that is made well then go for it. The watches are fantastic and I plan on buying more... The time it takes for the package to arrive is long but it is being shipped from China. You cannot expect that to be a fast shipment especially from China. Anyone that has purchased items from ebay would be able to tell you it often takes up to a month to receive something that has to go through customs so one should take that into account. I did infact have to work with their customer service. It is not the quickest and again we need to remember they are actually on a completly different time zone. All and all I am very satisfied with my purchases, it is fake product coming from china, if you want rolex quality then you really have to buy from rolex for thousands more... I am sorry some have had poor experiences in the past but I just wanted to let those of you thinking about making the purchase that it is not a bad company to work with in my experience.
