On multiple occasions, the employee paychecks at 49ER Country Club and Arizona National Golf Course - managed by I.R.I. Group - have bounced and on at least one occasion, the replacement check was refused by the bank on which the check was drawn because there were no funds in the account. The General Managers at both 49ER Country Club and Arizona National claim they cannot do anything about it because Jeff Silverstein and I.R.I. Group control the finances.
