I am also a victim of this company and the e mails that they send out! I was lucky, I was able to work with my credit card company to reverse the charge, however the money paid for the taxes and gratudities is lost. I was not able to book the trip without extensive additional fees, which threw up a red flag for me. Any attempt to contact anyone "live" at the given number is fruitless. A recording plays over and over at the phone number given. I hope someone can stop this from happening to others
