Oh My Goodness, I received a faxed memo at my job stating that for a limited time only a company vacation package at wholesale rate. The rate was $361 pp to go to destinations Cancun, Mexico, or Mayan Riviera.

Of course I jumped on it. I wanted to take me and my husband on a trip to Cancun Mexico. I thought this trip would be beyond my budget, so when I got this fax offering an unbelievable price, I was very excited.

I called the phone number on the memo and talked to one of the representatives. They assured me that this was legitimate, I then gave them a credit card over the phone and was told that I would receive a packet in the mail. I did receive the packet.

We were given a website to look up the resorts/hotels and we were suppose to have 11 different hotels to chose from. All of the resorts were suppose to be 5 star suites.

My husband and I started planning dates, and we actually told another couple who called the same number and gave them their credit card for the $361pp. We were all going to go on the same trip.

We'll as time went on, we called and got four different websites to look up the hotels that we had choices to stay in. The list of hotels got smaller and the hotels got cheesier. Instead of 5 star we were seeing 3 star hotels. For the one 5 star hotel on the list, they wanted us to pay a $399 upgrade fee and $200 for off peak fees. I told them I would call them back.

At this point, I didn't send in the $99 taxes pp, or the other fees, but I would like to get my money back because I am afraid to lose more. If anyone else got their money back, or could help please let me know.
