United States of America , False Advertising - Rude Customer Service! Internet, Internet

*Consumer Suggestion: iSatellitelink Refund Solution

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I was interested in what offered on their website, specifically for streaming sports, as I am not in the original sports market which I was raised. I signed up and downloaded their software quite easily.

Upon actually using the software the first thing I noticed is there was hardly any channels what so ever. Upon re logging in there happened to be more, but only after I complained to customer service.

Their customer service representative in the email I received was extremely rude! Here is the exact wording of what was sent to me: "Your ability to recognize channels has nothing to do with the quality of the service." What kind of customer service is that? They then changed the ticket status from a refund request to tech support automatically.

You are then given a confirmation email of this response, and given the option to re-request it be a refund. I did click this and have had no return correspondence since. Their refunds are faciliated through the host company called

See they advertise on the commercial video for this a money back guarantee for 60 days, however on's refund page (among other things) it says:  "If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a return within 60 days of purchase"

So you don't even get a refund unless they deem it as a valid reason for requesting it in the first place! Don't bother with this software, its garbage. So far only one channel I have clicked on is even live. The rest either don't work (the server is mysteriously down now for 24 hours straight +) or its pre-recorded video that is well outdated. Its false advertising from a sketchy company who just wants money and has a fraudulent product.

Oh and by the way, neither iSatellitelink nor is accredited with the BBB. In fact, the BBB has 427 complaints by!!

iSatellitelink Refund Solution

AUTHOR: Pbsbluejay - (U.S.A.)

Hello Dave,

I read your complaint about iSatellitelink and thought I would help you a bit. This also will benefit anyone that buys a digital product from Clickbank.

When you make a purchase through Clickbank (in this case iSatellitelink) you receive a Clickbank email immediately after sending them your payment. Clickbank is the payment processor that guarantees a full refund with no questions asked. I have come across some individuals that were very upset and telling everyone that Clickbank don't honor refunds when I know in fact they do.

I think what's happening is some consumers are not reading or understanding the Clickbank email instructions that provide their order number, instructions, and a link to visit their order page. But what happens is the individual will go directly to the service/product owner, in this case iSatellitelink, to request a refund. Clickbank is the payment processor and handles all refund requests. You can request a refund by calling them by phone or sending an email. So that shouldn't be an issue.

I'm wondering whether or not you followed through to get a full refund from Clickbank. I believe what some people do is they get very impatient, angry and tell everyone that Clickbank doesn't honor their refund policy.

So when some people post complaints (while in an emotional state) not everything is entirely true. As a result, the person making the complaint usually don't post an update to let others know they got their money back or the issue was resolved. I have requested many refunds from Clickbank from products that fell short of the mark, and even got a refund from products worked okay but I just felt like getting my money back. That's how simple it is to get your money.

So unless you come back and explain to everyone that you indeed got your money, I find it very hard to believe that Clickbank didn't honor your request, if it was within the 60-day money back guarantee.
