2 facts to check.

1.  Michael Maley has 0 to do with any responses on the rip off report, so she is way off in her "assumption"  She can write his name down as many times as she likes it doesnt make it true. 

2. Per the genius..."It was agreed by "All" parties that ABSOLUTELY NO ADVERTISING should begin until CDIF was current. This process did not take 2 weeks; it took over 10 weeks."---

CDIF is STILL not current!  So if that was ever the agreement, even for a second in Kathy's girl brain, then technically we would have never started, and therefore what is the problem?  

ISG, unlike CDIF, is actually a profitable company and this will be the last we respond to this nonsense.  If they had the smallest of cases, we would already be in court. 

As a professional I do not believe in calling people names... The title for my previous rebuttal was simply "My personal Rebuttal". In ISG's rebuttal they chose to say Kathy Roberton is a Fool - Reader, you decide.

First and foremost, I don't have the time to chase after people with no integrity. I made it clear in my rebuttal that the Rip Off report I filed was a result of Mike Maley slandering my name and attempting to blackmail me by purchasing our domain name. We will never get our money refunded, it's forever lost. Mike Maley chose to name me in his Rebuttal and therefore I chose to speak out. Now he has chosen to call me a “Fool” and misrepresent the facts regarding the "Agreement".

ISG, Mike Maley, Joe Nacca and Dan Dodge all tell you one thing and then do something, else hiding behind a "crafty agreement". They claim to be above reproach and offer to send you a copy of the Agreement signed by CDIF – Reach out to me, I will send it to you, CDIF has nothing to hide, yet, what is the truth concerning this Agreement that ISG is not telling you?

CDIF had a Stop Sign on it when discussions toke place with ISG. In addition, CDIF signed the agreement with ISG believing the auditors would have CDIF current within two weeks. During this time, Daniel Thompson worked with ISG, keeping them informed. It was agreed by "All" parties that ABSOLUTELY NO ADVERTISING should begin until CDIF was current. This process did not take 2 weeks; it took over 10 weeks.

Daniel Thompson brought many frustrations to ISG's attention within the first 3 days of actual advertising and requested CDIF’s money back within 10 days. Mike Maley wants you to believe that they began work shortly after the Agreement was signed, worked for 10 solid weeks and CDIF complained in the 12^th week after receiving benefit; this simply is not true and he knows it. I have made myself very clear, I don’t deny ISG may have performed good services for someone, I just haven’t found them. I spoke with four other Pubco CEO’s that used ISG as an advertiser and each of them said “it was a total waste of money, stay away from them.”

Also, the fact that ISG has been in business for 8 years does not impress me. Any business can get away with poor or no performance simply by “flying under the radar” and only taking “cash” payments. No one sues them simply because it would cost more money than what was lost to get a judgment, and thus it goes on. So don’t be fooled by the fact they have been in business for 8 years.

Finally, I was helping CDIF prior to becoming the CEO as a consultant. I had no authority to act on behalf of the Company and I did not sign the Agreement. As a consultant, I was involved in many conversations with Joe Nacca and Dan Dodge prior to Daniel Thompson signing the Agreement. We take full responsibility for signing an Agreement that had no performance clauses in it that required us to “wire cash”; in this sense we were “Foolish”. We were also “Foolish” to think that ISG would take responsibility for Non- Performance. CDIF’s level of expectations regarding performance was set by the sales job that Dan Dodge and Joe Nacca did – Beware, they are very good sales people.

In closing, for Mike Maley to assert that I am a Fool (much different than being “foolish”), that I participate in scams or otherwise bad business is very unprofessional, unethical and slanderous.

This was not my dog fight until Mike Maley chose to slander me in his rebuttal. He has bought our domain, threatened me via phone and email, attempted to blackmail me and now misrepresents the facts concerning the Agreement, readers, you decide. Everything in the rip off report is all stemming from the SAME client/contract that neither Dan Thompson or Kathy Roberton seem to understand.  I will attempt to explain Christmas for the 50th time..

This is really simple.  We worked for CDIF, for both Dan AND Kathy (regardless as to her claim that it was before her taking over...she was heavily involved before and during our marketing program)  

Our contract was for 10 weeks.  At week 12 they decided to slander us on rip off report, because there is no valid legal recourse.  We have been in business for since 2002.  Our office hasnt moved in 8 years.  Our company has grown over the past 8 years and if we really did "con" or "scam" anyone then the matter would EASILY be handled in court.   They never complained once in the 10 weeks we worked for them, and ONLY got upset when their stock went to a Yield sign and dropped to the lowest price point available all AFTER we were done with the marketing.    

The contract outlines exactly what we were paid to do, and all was done as agreed.  Our contracts are written to protect us from this exact scam.  Otherwise everyone would use our marketing service, wait for it to be well over, pitch a fit, and expect money back or be slandered on the internet. If they cancelled the program in week 1, 2, 3, 4, or even 5 we might have somthing to talk about...they never cancelled, waited for it to run its course, and then and only then start their mud throwing campaign.

The dates on the contract are clear and once you see it you can judge for yourself our effectiveness.  No need to get into this slanderous garbage.  Yes, we own the web site cardiffinternationalinc.com.  This is because we buy many web sites for part of our marketing campaign.  Once completed, we turn them over to the company.  In this case, due to their childish behavoir, we have no interest in helping CDIF at all.
