It is clear from the number of individuals who have posted both here & on the other complaints site, that this is not just one but numerous disgruntled persons, so you're attempt to repair your repair your reputation with unsubstantiated allegations & doctored photos, is pathetic.

First off, my name is Nicole Morris and this phony report has been made by a woman in Fanny Bay who had her horse removed by myself and RCMP officer for neglect. I will post the photos of the horse in Fanny Bay for confirmation.

First I will post the horse after 5 months in this person's care. The horses feet overgrown and still holding onto its shoes. Willow is hundreds of pounds underweight, had lice and was recovered by one of our members, now owned and doing well with a member in Quesnel.

The removal was done legally through RCMP and the QH association. I will post pictures of the horse on arrival to show viewers why the horse was removed.  

It would appear that any disgruntled person would be able to put a pseudo complaint on this board if hey do not feel this verdict was justifiable. Fortunately they stumbled on a way to slander the rescue through this msite. 

I was then contacted by an organization offering to remove this sanderous report perhaps for a fee? None of the content of these posts have been verified. I am not a criminal and have no criminal record. This person who claimed they worked with me was banned for neglect of a horse which continued with an ongoing SPCA investigation and was also supported in the decision by the QH association.

The person in question was asked publically on our forum www.islandequinerescue.com to step down and was relieved from her duties after numerous complaints ca in to investigate.

She was also asked to turn over paperwork and reciepts that she held as administrator for the rescue which she failed to do, affecting therescues book work. It was an embarrassment having someone in trust with our rescue neglect a horse, especially one involved in investigations. 

If one would like to do a background check on my rescue feel free. The IERRS has a ten year history of rescuing horses. The rescue was last audited in February 09 an discovered the amount of 15,000 was owed personally by me for rescuing horses, either come back through personal finances or fold.

I could not do that to the horses that rely on us so have been working with accountants to turn the rescue over to a charitable status and debt consolidators to work on personal finances. Prior to the rescue of 100 horses I had a good credit rating personally however the horses were feral and took ages to work with to domesticate and recover from a starved condition.

We do not owe for feed, vets or farriers. I only owe on a personal Visa connected to my name and the rescue name, reciepts show that we gelded 23 stallions through the IERRS, feed bills show that we free fed hay and grain supplements for well over a year, vet bills show we spent thousands on dewormer and fixed the injured...horses that were rescued as a herd.

I am disgusted that a report like this is able to sit in the search engines without one thread of fact. I have facts that would disprove the content of the complaint. Its all in the history of our forum, including the request to pass over IERRS paperwork and photos of a very neglected horse. This Rip off report was retalitory based on this incident and this person resides in Fanny Bay. Her second personality resides on Vancouver Island...somewhere?
