 this should sum up our interaction with ism entertainment; This our final contact regarding any and all business between ISM Entertainment “Ian McQueen”  and our company  We have made several attempts to get clarity regarding the status of shows our we were told our product was to be placed in as shown on the attached spreadsheet sent to us via email  This agreement was set in place between by  Owner/CEO of  and Ian McQueen President of ISM Entertainment LLC on June 26, 2014 @ 11:30 am via a face to face meeting.   To date no proof of said work has been provided to include film clips showing our products, Celebrity’s having/holding Minta Products, or verified studio set photos from depicting our brand.

 

We have a growing concern from the lack of performance under our agreement with ISM Entertainment, Ian McQueen for some time due to the fact we have paid $2000 a month based on emails received promising product placement..  The breakdown totaling “$10,320” was paid into the project with NO result.   This amount also includes product that was released to Ian McQueen on July 14, 2014 (9 cases of product) and the product released to Ian McQueen on September 18, 2014 (10 Cases)approximately $380.

 

The only photo sent by Ian McQueen was a photo of our product in a refrigerator on what was said to be the set of Grace and Frankie w/Martin Sheen  which we were asked to use internally only until the show airs on Netflix and no official photos were to be released.  This photo did not include water marks or copyrights of any sort.

 

At this point due to lack of performance, 15 plus emails sent to all ISM Staff Member (3 total) no contact from Ian McQueen i.e. Conference call, face to face meeting,  proof of work completed etc we are seeking to recover any and all costs incurred including all legal fees, collection fees and any other such fees related to recovering lost monies, product.

 

BBB also hase a complaint listed on this organization so do not believe their steller rating as it is simply derived from time in business
