Isreal Horowitz Citi-Spaces, City-Spaces Real Estate SCUMBAG, LIAR, SNAKE OIL SALESMAN, FRAUD, CON ARTIST, SHYSTER, FLIM-FLAM ARTIST Brooklyn, New York

Isreal Horowitz (not sure if this is his real name) is a former diamond dealer turned real estate broker here in New York who over the course of the last 5 years has lied, cheated, ripped off and irreparably harmed dozens of people who have done business with him and his firm, Citi-Spaces (later City-Spaces).

Using borrowed money and sleazy sales tactics, Isreal grew his company rapidly from a few people to 5 offices here in Manhattan and at the peak of his business had over 100 agents working for him. Alas, all that glittered was not gold. 5 years later, his company is out of business (having declared bankruptcy under at least one LLC at least once before and having to change its name to the highly original "City-Spaces" for its last year or so of operation) and Isreal is in debt to his eyeballs, being pursued by creditors and ex-associates, many of whom he owes significant sums to.

I am one of such people. At this moment in time, Mr. Horowitz owes me over $20,000 in real estate commissions for deals my company did with Citi-Spaces, deals which I now completely regret spending the time on.

For more than 2 years, I've heard the same excuses, "Oh, we'll have the money next month, next week, tomorrow...", etc, etc. All complete BULLSH*T. This character is one serious piece of work. He will keep smiling at you, as he's lying through his teeth about how he will pay you everything he owes you, new deals are around the corner, he just signed this, signed that, bullsh*t bullsh*t bullsh*t. This low-life scumbag is not worth the air he sucks in through his rathole-breathing mechanism, and everything he touches turns to s**t.

His company is out of business, his clients are angry, hurt, and financially battered, his employees out of work, and ex-partners and associates have nothing but bad things to say about him. I personally can tell anyone unequivocally:

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PERSON, DO NOT HIRE HIM, DO NOT DO DEALS WITH HIM, DO NOT TRUST HIM, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO HIM. HE IS THE SLIMIEST CHARACTER I'VE YET COME ACROSS IN THE BUSINESS WORLD, AND I'VE SEEN A GOOD LOT IN OVER 20 YEARS IN BUSINESS. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!
