It Works Global has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced.  I ordered their vitamin supplements through a home party, and yes, I am guilty of not reading all of the very, very small print that indicates that you are agreeing to receive this product on an autoship basis for three ships, and that there is a $50 cancellation fee.

I have no problem with fulfilling my agreement, but I never received the product and was still billed.  When I called the company, I was told that they rely on the U.S. Postal Service that I had received.  I went to the U.S. Post Office and was told that they could not confim where the package was delivered to or if it was ever delivered, they could only see that it was received to be delivered.

Well, it has been over two months and I still have not ever received the product.  They have sent letters to my credit card company stating that I am lying and that I definitely received the product.  It was a 30.95 charge and I don't think that I would make up that I didn't receive it in order to get out of paying that amount!

Their customer service reps are the rudest people I have ever encountered.  I have learned my lesson and will never purchase anything from a home party again.  It's all about the money!!!  Who cares that people are being treated like dirt and are being scammed!

Please be aware that this company only wants your money!!  Shop locally and you will be much happier in the end.  I know I will!  I can't say that their product is not a good product, because I've never had the chance to try it.  Just be very careful if you do - and read the fine print!

Lost Package

AUTHOR: Nickname - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, January 29, 2014

First of all, the "fine print" is clearly written.  The order form even has two different prices listed - retail price for one time only orders and wholesale price for loyal customer agreeing to 3 months of autoship.  The $50 fee is only if you cancel before the 3 months are completed.

Secondly, have you ever signed into your account online?  I suggest you do and double check your shipping address is current and correct.  You can even view the post office tracking information.  If it shows delivered, you can start a trace with the post office.  If they cannot locate your lost package, It Works will replace it.

Lastly, I hope you didn't dispute the charges with your bank.  That process can take a long time to resolve.  It would be best if you dealt with customer service for resolution.  I've called them on numerous occasions and have never had a problem.  Maybe you need to reconsider your approach.

Best Wishes
