It Works Marketing Inc Misrepresented terms Palmetto Florida

This is a multi level marketing company.  After agreeing to try some product they sent additional claiming  an agreement to regular monthly shipments.  This was not disclosed and would have not been agreed to.  They claim otherwise pointing to some unclear product options that do not state straightforwardly that further shipments would be sent.  On questioning this, the answer was pretty much go pound sand, but my account will be charged.  This is a dubious way to do ongoing business.
