Darrell Purdue has taken an individuals "Personal Identity" and purchased a domain name with it opening a website that bashes the person, whose ID Purdue took without authorization.
In addition the Associated Press published goodwill article on the person and Darrell Purdue lifted the photograph from the AP article and posted on his website.
The Associated Press took the photograh, wrote and published the article, thus the Copyrighted news paper article and photograph belong to AP, we have notified them of the hijacked property.
He may rebuttal this posting, however, he has posted false information and misappropriated Intellectual Property owned by others. Infringment on Copyrights and Trademarks is ilegal and punishable with a $250,000.00 fine and jail time which can be ordered by a court of law
Darrell Purdue has posted threats on the persons business, innocent contributors to the mans business.
In addition, Darrell Purdue has posted terroristic threats, on the mans life.
The Internet postings by Darrell Purdue are now under investigation with the victim seeking prosecution against Darrell Purdue civilly and criminally.
Persons considering doing business with ITE Consultants and or Darrell Purdue, may want to consider the information herein.
