In July of 2007 I received an email at my hot mail address for a book "Google Home Business Kit" for $4.49 US. I ordered the book on the Internet using my MasterCard. I received charges for $5.49 Canadain in my next statement in August; however, the book did not arrive. Then I received a bill of $49.99 in my September statement from the same company. I called the company in September and told them that I have not received the book, to which they said that I was suppose to download the book electronically, so I explained to them that I only had a slow moderm and it was not possible to it, as it would take more than a day to do it. The company representative then told me at that time they will defer the charges as I did not receive or downloaded the book and so I could not use the web-hosting TWP Product club, as I had not read the book. Nothing happened and I went on getting my Mastercard statement for the $49.99 each month for the sevices I never received or used.

I had paid the $5.49 for the book, which I never received ; however in October 2007, I did receive a CD. from the company (3 months later).

I also reported the incident to my Matercard company, and the Matercard investigated and were told that I had agreed to pay this amount of $49.99 after the 14 day free trial period.

I am stuck with this payment, which I do not know what I should do? Without the book how would I know what to use the Web-hosting site in July, August of 2007?

The company did false advertizing saying for selling the book, and did not mention anything about the Web-hosting and TWProducts club charges for $49.99 after they received my Mastercard number and the day of expiry.

I am a senior citizen and a honest man, and under my financial conditions I cannot pay this amount of $49.99 US or $53.46. for services which I was not aware of or used.

My Mastercard company has been notified nbut goes on sending me this bill with the interests, and has also threatened me with changing my status for my credit rating.
