I ordered headphones for my son for Christmas. On Dec. 27th, they had still not arrived. I contacted customer service (1st time) and they responded via email with an apology. The order had been placed, I had been charged, but the item had never left the warehouse. They said they would get them out to me and to wait for the tracking number.

Waited 5 days. No contact. Send another email (#2). They apologized and they questioned whether the tracking number had been checked properly. They asked me to check the address they had been provided for shipping. (It was correct. )They asked me to check with the post office to be sure.

I went to the post office. I waited in line. I asked about the tracking number. The postal worker questioned the validity of the tracking number. Apparently, the first 2 nmbers in the tracking number given to me by iTechdeals were not what the post office used.  I went home and emailed customer service (3rd time). I asked for a refund or for a new shipment to be sent immediately. I waited.

The next day I received another email with another apology and a new shipping number. They asked me to wait 2 days before checking the tracking. I did. SUrprise... never sent. Tracking number does not even exist. 

They STOLE over $100. from me. I'm taking action.
