I am going to respond with facts:

AUTHOR: Scott - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, February 05, 2014
  1. “The owner makes you take him to court”-- That statement by itself is irrational.   Approximately 10 years ago, my trade director booked a limo ride with Corporate Transportation and a passenger allegedly vomited in the limo.  Ed San Pedro demanded an excessive $2,200 cleaning fee which was declined by the passenger, my trade director and me.  Ed sued us and that case was picked up by the People’s Court in New York.  His win was in the amount of $300.00 and was issued by the court.  The disproportionate $2,200 amount was denied.

  2. This instance is the only time I have ever been sued and I was removed from the case.  I was taken off the case immediately since the legal representatives at the People’s Court said there was no basis for him suing me.

  3. English was always my weakest subject so you will excuse the following.  I am not familiar with the word “lieing”.  I also thought that “what ever” was only one word.  Additionally, it is my understanding that claims should always be backed up by facts.  Ed San Pedro’s post is an unsubstantiated rant at best.

  4. Money was NEVER stolen out of Ed’s account.  His company was booked for two limo rides to and from the airport.  The client paid Corporate Transportation in advanced for both rides.  When the client called Corporate Transportation with the first ride to tell them that they were running a half hour late, Corporate Transportation told them that they could not pick them up, there was another job waiting.  They then made other arrangements.  On the return trip, which was already prepaid for, the clients called Corporate Transportation and Ed told them that to get that ride; they would have to pay the driver a gratuity of 25% for BOTH rides, and even the one they did not take.  They of course said no and wound up paying for both rides and got nothing.  It would appear that Ed San Pedro got angry since we told him that the proper thing to do was to give back the money for the second ride.  Ed refused to refund any money to the client and now claims that “I rip people off”?
