Fake tickets/e-tickets issued by ITS with no existing reservations with the airlines. Spent over 10K in fees /fines and purchase of new tickets during check in at foreign airports. Outbound from US is problem free and nightmare begins on the international portion of the flights. Purchase business tickets to be put on coach. Promises after promises/ excuses after excuses


Scam artist from India with heavy Indian accent. Beware of Michelle who will promise you the world. A disservice and a low grade human being. First / business class purchases to only to exist as coach seatings on the airline reservation.

Outbound trip from the US is usually problem free and will only discover that reservation on other trip segments do not exist during check-in at foreign airports. Michelle of ITS will run you around in circles with excuses and deceptionary tactics. Your reservations will be made on non exisiting flights or actual existing flights without your reservation in the airlines system. Nightmare begins as you scramble to get home and will have to pay a premium to fly back home on a stand by basis or get stranded and left vunerable if flights are full. Spent over 10K in fees/ fines and purchases of new tickets to never be refunded back.
