Ivan Levy Car help florida

 i contacted mr. levy about getting my car  refinance he told me they where able to help but i had to pay 499.00 before his company would let him start the paper work so i mad the 499.00 he told me he had spoke with my lender and the next step had already begun on geting my car finance i made my caar payment and waited for the call that everything was complete the next day i went outside to head to work my car was gone i called mr ivan no answer i called for 2 weeks then one day he called me back telling ne i was finances for a new car with some company i was unable to get the car for that company i called mr levy and asked was i able too get my money back because i didnt get refinance or a new car he never called me back til this say i still call only to get the voicemail that was 5 months ago
