IXi Tools BEWARE No Refund Internet

My opinion... I am retired and have time to try different things, I then try to save other people from spending their hard earned money on products that are not what they should be..Since there was already a report on this company, I felt I would back that report up..hereby consider yourself WARNED!!!

When I did the free scan it showed there were driver updates for my system. However after I paid for the key, it turns out the updates were for a 64 bit CPU, I only have a 32 bit one.

We have checked your hardware manually.
All provided drivers are fully compatible with your hardware and OS.
You need to install downloaded drivers properly.
Maybe you need to remove older drivers and then install driver updates.

Thanks for your fast response. I will say that I totally disagree with you. I build computers as a hobby, and try different software
programs from time to time.

I have other programs that I use, and they also disagree with you. Anyone can download one of several driver update programs and run a free scan. When I do this, it comes back as my drivers are all up to date!!

When I used your free scan it showed I needed a couple of updates. I purchased two of your programs in good faith. I must say that I DO NOT like either of them. After I run your Registry Cleaner, I then run PC Pitstop Optimize 2, to clean up problems that your program caused..

I don\'t care if you don\'t want to refund my money. I was betting it and lost. I will say that I will let my friends and customers know how I feel and let them read your response. These people know and trust me, as I have proven myself to them..

If you GOOGLE driver update reviews, you can, see where you fall. But I am retired and am willing to try you less known companies and pass along my findings.. I will be more than happy to add my findings to the report at:
