J. B. HUNT TRANSPORT INC falsified information on my DAC report Lowell Arkansas

went to orientation on 8dec08 in atlanta georgia to become a lease to own driver while filling out paperwork a question came to the forefront about my past which i answered truthfully i brought this to the attention of the company representitive in charge of the classroom he in turn excused himself to show to his superior i was then called into his office and told at that time that i would not be able to be employeed with j b hunt because of this i was then informed that since i had filled out paperwork that i would need to go through the preemployment drug screen(which i did) and was told that if i did not do this a report would be made on my driving report that i refused to summit to a drug test upon returning to the offices sat down with another representitive and was told that a volentary leave during orientation would be put on my driving report (there was a verbal agreement to this with both partys) i then left the companys terminal i did not recieve and commpensation from j b hunt for this i was there for (4) hours i have since found out that j b hunt has put on my DAC report this, 1. eligible for rehire: review required before rehire 2. reason for leaving: discharged (or company terminated lease) 3. work record: ouit/dismissed during training/orientation/probation/company policy violation these are completely false statements i was never an employee with j b hunt and find this type of behavior unacceptable i am in the process of disputing this with USIS and i intend to resolve this in any matter that befits the nature that comes of it
