My  name  is  Dr.  Herchel  E.  Buz  S****, Jr.  I  have  been  a  consultant  to  small  and  medium  and  large  businesses  in  the  Sunbelt  area for  35  (thirty-five)  years;  I  have made  people,  and  companies,  frankly,  wealthy.  I have  held  hard,  responsible  positions,  and done  very  fine professional  work  since  I  have  been  23  years  old. 

Last  summer,  I met  a  man  who  calls  himself  "Jack Steele".  His real  name  is   J. D.  Glover,  and   Mr.  J. D. Glover  is  a  con-man, a  louse,  a  parasite,  a  fraud,  and  a  career  criminal.

Mr. J. D. GLover  hired  me,  as   an  employee,  to  do  HIGH  LEVEL research  work  and  data  mining,  and   promotional  work.   At  the time,  he  said  he   was   hiring  professional  people  to  do  many  kinds of  professional  work   for  him.  Among those,  he  said,  were:   A  film director  and  photographer  to  produce  a  broadcast  quality,  three  and one-half  minute  music  video.  And, a  helicopter  pilot !!!

He  also  claimed  that  he  had  hired  a   "social  marketing" profession- al  to  do  his  FACEBOOK  work,  and  other  kinds  of  "social  networking"   marketing.  What  I  did  not  realize,  was  that  this  little criminal  had  not  the  foggiest  idea  what  the  term,  " SOCIAL"  and  "MARKETING",  and  "NETWORKING"  means.  

Mr. J. D. Glover  claimed  to  be  a  musician  " on the  way  up".  I  asked  him  repeatedly,  to  put  me  in  touch  with his  attorney,  which  was Doug  Dodd, Esq.,  of  the  presigious  firm,  Doerner,  Saunders,  et  al, in  Tulsa.  Doerner, Saunders,  is   probably  the  pre-eminent  contractlaw  firm  in  Oklahoma.   He  wouldn't  do  it.  I  asked  Glover,  repeat-edly  to  put  me  in  touch  with   his  "social  networking"  professional; he  refused  that,  also.

We  several  conversations  on the  telephone,  which  amounted,  in total,  to  about  fifteen  hours  on  the  phone.   One  of  things  that I noticed:   Glover  is  PARANOID.  He  would  promise  me  information  to  help  me  to  help  him,   but  then he  would  digress  from  that.  It  always  happened  that  way.

The  more  I  attempted  to  work  with  Glover,   the  more  his  methods  and  strategy  seemed   silly,  even  ridiculous,  and  upside down.   I  began  to  actually  wonder  if   Glover  was  delusional. " No,"  is  the  conclusion  I  came  to....he  wasn't  delusional,  at  least  in the  clinical  sense  of  the  term.   What  he  was,  and  is....is  a  liar,  a  cheat,  and  a  thief.

I  was  given  a  FAKE,  PHONY  address.  Glover  made  damned  sure and  certain  I  could  not  find  him....  Why?     Because  he  was  planning  a  crime.   

It  became  more  and  more  clear,  that  I  was  dealing  with  an  "Elmer Gantry".   You don't  know  who  Elmer  Gantry  was ? Well,  friends,  allow  me  to  educate  you.  

Elemer  Gantry  was  a   man,  in  a  story,  which  is  an  allegory of human  life.  Elmer  was  a  "rain-maker".   And  there  were,  in the old  West,  people  who  were  predators,   and   their  prey  were people  who  were  terribly   uneducated,  simple  people  who  eeked out  a  livng  by  growing  crops,  cattle,  and  plowing  the  soil.  

In the  times in  the  19th  century,  before  there  was  sucha  a  thing as  soil  sciences,  and  soil  conservation,   many  people  would  suffer terribly,  during  drought  times.  They  would  have town  meetings, where  people  would  pray  for  rain.   It  was  sad  and  touching,  at the  same  time.   

Let  me  make  it  plain for  you:   if  it  didn't  rain,   people  did  not eat.   And  let  me  tell  you,  an  empty  stomach  is  a  bad  deal.  Empty stomachs,  and  the  prospect  of   emty  stomachs  have  caused   a  lot robberies,  burglaries,  and  what  have  you.  In those  days,  you  didn't over-intellectualize  food  getting.  Believe  me.

Elmer  Gantry  was  a  salesman....and  what  he  sold,  was  hope.  

J  D  Glover is a  modern  day  Elmer  Gantry.   But  he  is  his  own worst  enemy.  It's  his  delusional  dream,  that  he  is  selling  to  himself.   But,  ultimately,   his  delusions  victimize   other  people, because  he  sounds  genuine....until   his  victims  calculate  that  he knows  absolutely  nothing.  And  less  than  nothing.   That's  why  his delusional  logic  frustated  and  confused me.   Because  I  just  could not  believe  that  I  had  been  victimized  by  this  little  con-man.

I  was  guilty  of  projecting,  dead  out !   I  give people  VALUE  for  money.  Which  is  why I  could  not  believe  his   delusional, non-sensical,  upside-down,  illogiacal,  non-business-like  thought processes.

But,  at  the  end  of  the  day,  J.  D.  Glover,  who  goes  by  the  name of  "Jack  Steele" ( because  he has  contaminated  his  own  name,  and has  to  scam  and  B.S.  everyone  with  a   fake  name,  now ),  owes me  money  for  professional  work.   

This  RIP-OFF  REPORT (  and  again,  I  thank   Ed  Magedson,  for  his  relentless  hard  work )  is   here  to  WARN  innocent  Tulsans,  Oklahomans,  and   decent  right-thinking  folks  everywhere,  that  they  must  BEWARE  of  this  criminal.
