Just when I thought people couldn't get any lower.... It turns out the person who took $80,000 of my money wants to sue me for more money.  Well, isn't that a hoot?

If Jason Hall can afford an attorney, then one would think that he should be able to pay me back a few dollars.  At last tally, the interest on the loan that he has defaulted on has gone past the $1,000,000 mark.  For the handful of people who have actually read this rip-off posting, you'll notice that at no point in time has Jason Hall taken responsibility for his actions.  It seems that it's always somebody else's fault.  According to his rant, it's my fault that he lost my money.  Go figure.

Am I bitter?  You better believe it.  I spent my life savings investing in the dreams of others, thinking they would be honorable people and look what I get in return.  Not even a penny.  I'm still shocked to this day that this boy can sleep at night with a clear conscience.

Am I a liar, nope.  Just doing a public service announcement and warning other folks not to fall for the same scam.  A few of you including George have tried contacting me to provide me additional information on Jason Hall.  I do appreciate your sentiments.

Why haven't I filed a lawsuit?  Good question, Jason.  What exactly would I gain from a civil suit if the boy still can't earn an honest day's pay?  Should I file criminal charges?  One would think the boy would be thankful that I have been considerate enough not to put him behind bars for what he's done, only because he has a new wife and child that he is unable to feed.

The purpose of this rip-off report is simple.  Public shame for your actions.  I have yet to receive an apology from.  I did get a lot of empty promises.  If he ever decides to live up to his word as a man and pay me back, I will be more than happy to update this page and tell the entire world that he repaid his financial debt to me.

Well, since Jason Hall brought up his ad and the email bounty that he can refer to in his lawsuit.  Let me provide any potential self-respecting counsel with a quick synopsis of how this boy became an online sensation.  Follow along with me will you, as I play Jason Hall's greatest hits from two years ago.  Everybody can then compare his claims to his own words.

200% RETURN on 50K investment in 30 DAYS, GUARANTEED in CONTRACT (ANYWHERE)

Reply to: myspaceunsigned@yahoo.com
Date: 2008-04-21, 3:13PM PDT

The bottom line is simple...

Invest 50K and get 100K in 30 days upon the closing of my music contract, and own 2% of my Co.

I've recently been offered a record label deal through private investors with Universal Music Group as the distributor. Meaning, private investors are funding my record Co, Hall Enterprises, ($1.5 Million contract/budget) along side Universal Music Group to market, promote, and release a music project.

I'm looking for a silent partner to pay closing, lawyer, and paperwork fees in the amount of $50,000 for this deal to go through. In return I offer a 200 percent return in 30 days. Yes, 200%...You invest $50,000 and receive $100,000 in 30 days. I will pay you from the budget of my contract. Paperwork and such will take about a week once the 50K has been paid. I only say 30 days to be on the safe side.

This opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to make quick money doing no work, and it will set you up to make more on the back end with record sales and such. This opportunity is 100% legit. I do not wish for you to pay me $50,000. You will be paying this directly to the business broker, not me. I will never even have access to these funds. I simply want to close this deal and this is the best way to do it.

Go to myspace.com/jhallsessions for older info on the project to be released.

Serious investors contact me IMMEDIATELY. Let's make some easy money together!

Thanks,
..J..

subject Re: 200% RETURN on 50K investment in 30 DAYS, GUARANTEED in CONTRACT (ANYWHERE)

Hi Fong,

Thanks, I'm glad you like the music.  The deal will/must close with the 50k closing cost because they are bound by contract to complete the paperwork and such upon the payment of these things.  Again, I want to remind you, I do not wish for you to pay this money to me, but to the broker to be used directly and immediately toward the closing of the deal.  Of course I would rather use someone I know for this silent partner but I am willing to go outside of those I know as long as this partner is okay with being a silent partner with no decision making authority.  I'm not eligible for a business loan.  Also, I'm in somewhat of a time crunch.  I'm pushing to start the marketing push before the end of the 3rd quarter of the year, otherwise I will have to wait until 2009.  It's not a smart move to release a new record from a new artist after the 3rd quarter.  I'm in Houston right now but my broker is in LA.  Rosary Crown International Investments is the Co and Rosary Crown is the broker.  Of course I would love to meet in person before closing this deal with you or whoever I end up going with.  I'm sure we can work something out if you are a serious investor.  I do have a couple other potential investors that have expressed interest, one of which I do already know.  At this point I'm trying to weigh my options and go from there.

Thanks for contacting me.

Let me know you thoughts.

Thanks again,
..J..

Hi Fong,

I'm glad we're on the same page.  At the end of the day your word is all you have.  I'm a straight shooter and pride myself on honesty and business ethics.

As for the questions you asked, yes, to all of the above.  The contract stating my guarantee of execution of the contract and funding is being written as we type and will protect me/you in the event of a breech.  My people have verified that the investors are real and legit.  My management team is in place and ready to go.  And our business/marketing plan is in place with all marketing already budgeted.

Sounds like you know the business of investing pretty well.  I think this could definitely work out in a postive way.

I can also send you a copy of my contract if you'd like.

We should definitely discuss more over the phone.  I'm in Houston right now and can be reached at 281-973-1154.  Anytime tomorrow before 5 would work for me.

Thanks,

I just came back from the address listed on the contract.  Rosary is not listed on the building directory and there is no Suite A.

Hey Fong,

My old manager Beau of Beau Entertainment checked with associates throughout the industry in LA.  Some of his contacts verified that she's legit through past experiences of their associates.  My legal council believes her to be legit also.  Apparently, this is how these type of brokers work.  In some cases the broker fee is paid after the project is funded through the budget, but the investors don't want to eat up those cost with closing, legal, paper, and broker fees.  At least, this seems to be the case.  With this said, my attorney has advised me to move forward as long as Rosary is okay with the contract stating our guarantee.  I haven't heard back about the timing for the guarantee and how quickly the project will be funded yet, but should hear back very soon.

Any other questions or concerns, please feel free to throw them out.  I think we're safe as long as the contract protects us, and it will.

Let me know your thoughts.

Fong,

Sounds great!  I had a good feeling about you.  And I agree, once I've made my mark I don't expect to beg ever again, ha ha.

From here I will get on my attorney to finish up the contract between you and myself, stating the terms as far as 50k closing, 10k personal (vaca!), with a 200% return upon closing of the music contract and 3% ownership in the Co.  I should have that within the next couple days as well as my agreement with Rosary guaranteeing closing of the contract upon payment of closing cost.

Lets touch base Sunday.  Hopefully I'll have your contract by then and we can proceed from there.

I look forward to doing business with you!

subject Re: What is the status on loan repayment?

Hi Fong,

I do apolojize for not communicating better with you about where things are at with the deal and closing. The expected repayment date is the 20th of this month which is 10 days from now.  We ran into a snag because my other investor to pay the 50K closing cost has been dragging their feet with paying Rosary all fees in a timely manner.  That's been the hold up.  Otherwise it would've already been closed and funded.  I'm even seeking anther short term investor to float recording cost in LA for a week or so before funding is given to me.

So all is good, it's just been slightly slower than it should've been.

I'll call you later if you are going to be availible and would like me to.  Let me know.

And thanks for considering me for the show in NYC next month.

Hey Fong,

My closing cost investor backed out of the investment deal at the last minute so I'm negotiating with a couple others as we speak.  I expect to have it squared away by monday morning.  As soon as that's taken care of, the funds should be in my possession within a week.

I'll let you know more later this evening when I know more.

Thanks,

subject Re: status on loan repayment?

That was the plan.  The contact/investor for the 50k loan had already agreed to the deal.  He had no reason to doubt them because just last summer he took out a 30k loan with them, received his money in under 48hrs, and paid the loan off in under 2 months...the investor in turn told him his credit is perfect with them being to their previous business history and another loan wouldn't be a problem at all.  Especially when there is a guarantee this time and there wasn't a guarantee the last time.  Basically, his investor was served with lawsuit papers just recently and now isn't comfortable putting money into anything else until it's been settled.  So that's the skinny.  It's understandable but obviously throws things off for me.  Don't stress it, I will definitely handle it in a timely manner.

Oh, and I almost forgot...
I only need $5,500 for closing fees.  Rosary has already taken care of the rest.  Of course the closing cost are most important and I will/would accept an investment for that alone, but I'm also needing funds to pay for initial business expenses until I'm funded.  (recording mostly)  My producer with Sony, Ray Tarantino will be here in LA tomorrow and I've only paid a deposit for his work so far.  Total investment, I'm asking for $25,500 with a double your investment and 2% equity in the Co...basically, the same as my deal with you but for less money.

Like I said, I'm open to the closing cost investment alone, but would accept $25,500 prefferably.

Thanks again,

Hey Fong,

I wanted to thank you for your help and understanding.  You've far surpassed the call of duty.  It's good to know we're in this together and your willing to assist where you can.  At this point, I'm in desperate need of help, to be honest.  If one or more of your associates would be interested in getting involved that would be great!  Ray Tarantino is here from NYC/Italy to start work with me and I can hardly take care of his hotel expenses.  I'm stretched to the max.  So if someone can come to the table with 25k it would really save my hide!  I don't want to burn this bridge with Ray or loose out on the investment deal because I couldn't pay closing, hotel, or recording expenses.

I started this email just wanting to thank you but ended up going somewhere else entirely...lol.  The bottom line is I'm truly thankful to have you on my side.

Excellent!

I can't thank you enough Fong.  You seriously don't realize how much this means to me.  I truly believe God brought us together for a reason and everything will work out in a very positive way; despite the rocky start.

As far as the 50k original investment, it's basically spent, and I don't live an extravagant life.  As I told you before, I have previous debt that needed to be taken care of ASAP.  A large portion went toward those old debts...about 20k, which are still not completely paid.  A large part was also used as start up money to rebuild a life after loosing most everything (apartment, furnishings, rental car, computer, ect).  I invested about 5k into an online marketing Co created by my brother and I in attempts to complete the business and have another stream of income.  And I've also spent about 5k on legal documents for the creation of my business plan.
The $5,500 payment can be made to Rosary.  It would be to Rosario Lopez actually.

The 20k would be paid to me.  The way it would be used is as follows:  7k for Ray Tarantino with Sony, 3k for studio time, 3k to secure a place to stay while I'm here (before the project is funded), 3k for miscellaneous living expenses to hold me until the contract is funded.

The turn-around for repayment on the $75,500 is expected in under 14 days.  I would feel comfortable with a 30 day guarantee with whatever reasonable penalties you request if it is late for any reason.

Upon the execution and funding of the project I am hiring an accountant to handle all tracking of percentage splits and such.

As far as collateral, I would offer anything possible, but I don't own anything of that type of value.  Some house hold possessions like furniture (5k tempur pedic bed), flat screen LCD (1k), computer (1k), and other smaller items.

The documents you wanted from me in the past I assumed you received.  I faxed them back when we last spoke about them and just assumed everything was good with them when I didn't hear back.  Sorry about that.  I will send them again to your office fax when I leave out.  My fax here isn't working so I'll go to kinkos or something.

We can meet up so you can speak to my producer tomorrow if your free.  He checks out of his hotel at 11am.

THANKS AGAIN!

subject Re: status on loan repayment?

Payment for Rosario Lopez would be tomorrow. June 25th.  Funding and execution to be by or before July 8th.

I'm sorry, there's 2k outstanding.  I left out 2k for Ray's Hotel expenses.  I planned to give the other 2k to my church in Texas.  I believe in paying God what's owed, and I owe a great deal.

Exact date for repayment:  July 15, 2008.

I forsee no reason why it would take any longer than by July 15th.

I haven't hired a CPA yet.  I have my President of Operations researching who we should go with and he'll have it square away before the end of the week.

I'm headed to Kinkos in the next 20 min and will email you when I'm back and have faxed the documents you've requested.

The Hotel Ray is at is Quality Inn on 1520 N La Brea Ave, between Hollywood blvd and Sunset.  It's under my name, Jason Hall.  He was supposed to be at Hollywood Roosevelt on Hollywood blvd but my contact there hasn't hooked up my special rate yet.  ($350 room for $79 per night)

I've attached the bios of the Hall Enterprises team.  It's basically the same people listed at business references.  Maybe I misunderstood what you requested earlier.  They're bios are attached now though.

THANKS AGAIN!

Good stuff, wouldn't you say?  Sounds like a combination bait-and-switch and ponzi rolled into one, doesn't it?   Bernie Madoff must be so proud....

Fong Tse is a BITTER LIAR

AUTHOR: J. Hall - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, November 18, 2010

RIDICULOUS AND UNTRUE!  In fact, the author of this slander currently has a law suite coming so I hope he is prepared. Fong Tse responded to an ad I posted on craigslist seeking a small investor to pay ANOTHER BROKER, ROSARIO LOPEZ a retainer fee of $50k for a larger investment deal ($1.6 million) between Rosario's private investment contacts and myself.  To be clear, Rosario's fee to put the deal together and obtain this investment of 1.6 million was $50k.  Fong Tse was not only completely aware of what this investment was needed for, he even went with me and negotiated terms with Rosario Lopez because he said, "I'm an experienced investor, let me talk to her."  It's his money, and he's the "EXPERIENCED" investor, so I allowed Fong to take lead and advise me on this large investment.  Little did I know, Fong knew nothing about investing wisely and knew even less about how to assess whether or not someone (Rosario Lopez) is a fraud or not.  Fong made 8 separate investments to 8 separate individuals in 2008, myself being one of them.  ALL investments made on Fong's part in 2008 FAILED!  He doesn't know anything about investing wisely and advised me to work with a LYING SCAM ARTIST, ROSARIO LOPEZ, in a deal that never happened.  There's a reason why Fong resorted to posting an ad online rather than simply sue me.  The reason is, he had full disclosure of what he invested in, which wasn't me but moreso the large investment deal he believed to be real with Rosario Lopez based off his own BAD JUDGMENT.  I have everything documented in saved emails from Fong and Rosario.

To my knowledge Rosario Lopez has several lawsuits against her and now Fong Tse will join her for this untrue post.  I have proof I've lost thousands in wages due to this untrue post and the legal wheels are already turning.
