After answering an ad in the newspaper, we went in for a free consultation. We were instructed to take home the papers to fill out and then return them. We were also instructed to call with any questions at all. We soon discovered that we needed help.

After numerous attempts to contact the agent that had taken our $200.00 we decided to cancell. We tried the 1-888 # but only got recordings. We never ever recieved a return call. NO work was ever done for us at any time, period!!!

Their own contract states 'If for any reason, at any time you're dissatisfied, a full refund will be made". Finally I contacted a person that said they were in Fla. but to call my "Case Worker", Conrad Stephens at 1-800-705-8010. I called his no. and left a message, as did my wife.
Stephens finally returned my call and told me to apply for a refund in writing to the main office. I did

Then I recieved a letter stating that no refund was due and that my case was closed. I wrote nasty letters accusing them of stealing and recieved yet another letter saying I'd get a partial refund of $100.00 only if I filled out the enclosed form.

There was no enclosed form. They took my $200.00 and to this day have never done any work for me. They effectively stole our $200.00 and did absolutely nothing for us.
