J & M One Stop Shop & Towing James Tolly Scratched up the entire side of our vehicle and refuses to even acknowledge he did it! Mobridge, South Dakota

Needed a tow due to our vehicle getting a flat (did not have a spare) and some engine trouble we called the closest tow company we could find and upon showing up James was abrupt and unprofessional. Once he did the "look over" at the shop he quoted us an outrageous price to fix it and being we were traveling through (and he was aware of this) we really had no choice but to pay the man. That is unscrupulous, but not are complaint.

It took 3 DAYS to get it fixed and when my wife and I cam down to pick up the car there was small scratches along the front bumper and a huge scratch running the length of the vehicle on the right side! I asked what happened and he became immediately rude and aggressive and started accusing me of trying to scam him saying it was there when he picked up the vehicle! Not True! He won't take ANY of our calls! Our insurance covered it, but the point is he obviously did it some how and will not admit it!
