J&m reloations llc are along with white glove vanlines who brokered our contract out to j&m relocations llc bunch of DAM liars, hidden fees, broken and damaged items, and 70% of my items are missing cuz they piggy backed it with another clients items and leaving mine behind. I chose this company of white glove van lines who used j&m relocations to move our items because their quoted price was good, and they sounded very professional on the phone. The whole booking process was easy and everything seemed good.

However, things quickly took a turn for the worse once the moving truck showed up. Rather than a semi, the movers showed up in a Budget rental truck. When I called Judy of white glove vanlines on her direct line to make sure these guys were legit, low-and-behold - she doesn't answer her calls back or says she will call u and never does , and omg don't go thru alba shes a freaking liar and only tells u what u want to hear, I had to go thru the owner of j&m reloactions his name is joe his emplyess , The movers tried to charge me for a number of fees that were not in the contract (such as an more weight then what it really was ). Furthermore, they tried to convert my contract from a Lb tariff rate to a sq/ft tariff rate. This significantly increased the charge by 300 more , and I had to argue with the owner of the j&m relocations . Joe the owner, i tried to reach white glove vanlines cordinator Judy, and instead reaching her full voicemail box.

In the end, I still had to pay more upfront than necessary. I could Not only reach Judy but alba was no help and couldn't reach josh the sales person who signed us up , I had to go thru sales to reach john not sure his position in the company but he was no help he says call me back in 15 min which was right before they closed , I called 5 min later and he was gone no one could provide me with any information, until matt he was helpful for a while but then his word was no good and referred us back to alba so again im stuck back to square one I had to look up the moving company's phone number on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration website. ( fmcsa) got a hold of joe and he says we will work this out The white glove van lines and alba gave me false delivery dates weekly in the mean time i was paying for a empty storage unit , now is only got a few of my items not all ,and no one will reimburse . Each day I blew up albas work phone and cell I'd call to see where my stuff was, she said call j&m relocations its out of our hands , each week they'd say it would be delivered in another week.

Once it arrived, so when my stuff came it was delivered in a sketchy Budget rental truck. My furniture was missing nothing but some damaged boxes and my dryer damaged they tried to pass off some one else's furniture a mine , my boxes were smashed, The moving company j&m relocations forgot to half my stuff in nc. The movers company was not at all sympathetic for my damaged items, but the mover had the audacity to accuse me of stealing my money orders after they misplaced them then called me back saying they found them ,when I went to go meet up with them to get my recipes that they failed to give me for my money order he says we cant give them to u until i threatened to call the police then he gave them to me,they ask for directions , are u freaking kidding me ,seriously had the nerve to ask me that, it would have been cheaper and less time consuming for me to have moved it my self , never again using White Glove Van Lines or their moving company j&m relocations .
