Our neighborhood was hit by a hail storm and lots of roofs have had to be replaced.

To make a long story short, do not sign any paperwork that J. Mitchell Designs gives you when they come out to give you an "estimate". We thought we had just signed something that gave them permission to speak with our insurance agent but turns out that it was a binding contract. He rep. never once said that it was a binding contract!!

We thought it was strange when the sales guy put a sign in our yard when leaving and we hadn't even comitted to using them.OR so we thought.

We spoke with several neighbors and they fell for the same thing. The contract states that if you dont use their services then you owe them 15% of what the insurance company gives you for damage
