On September 13th I sent a client over to one of my contracts and also had Jordan Hendrickson run a Verification of Benefits. I was contacted back by my other contract which pays me $5000 per client and they gave me the green light that he was covered and could be admitted immediately! I contacted Jordan and told him that I was going to send my client to my other contract because I wanted to keep in good standings with our contract! Jordan told me he would pay me the same $5000 dollars for the referral and before I knew it my client was already contacted by a facility in Florida and they talked his dad into paying for his flight out there. I then spoke with my client and he told me that he had just got his plane ticket to Florida and this was a shock to me because we hadn't spoke before he made this decision but since it was done I said ok just keep the ticket and go get clean and sober. At this point I had to wait 10 days from the time he checked into the facility to be paid. He left on the 15th and spent 4 days in detox and was admitted to the treatment facility on the 19th.

Now this is where things really got shady and my gut told me I was dealing with someone trying to take advantage of me. After the weekend I contacted Jordan who told me that they were just going to pay me for my marketing and referral the next day which came as a shock but filled me with excitement, finally after working all summer for free I was about to get the reward which is the by product of the service I provide people and that's the money I had coming to me!

Well after this I kept calling to see when the MoneyGram was going to be sent and the excuses started flooding in! He said they were still waiting on the wire to come through and that as soon as it did they would get the money to me! I waited and waited, finally Jordan told me that he was sending me the money but more excuses followed and he said that every time he went to send it via MoneyGram it was flagged fraudulent which made no sense to me. Finally I received conformation that he had sent me $1000 dollars with the promise to pay the rest the following Monday! This is where thing got real ugly and really showed me what kind of person I was dealing with! He told me I didn't deserve another dime and that he wasn't going to pay me because he got ripped off by some partner of his who apparently didn't pay him. I told him sorry that he was ripped off but that our contract was still in affect and that he still owed me $4000 dollars. I will include the rude and crude text messages that came after that as well! This is when I decided to contact my lawyer and have him deal with it!

As he put things together for me I did my own due diligence and contacted who I thought was his partner and was floored by what he told me! Lets just say Jordan Hendrickson isn't exactly who he says he is. He had boasted to me about living in a high rise apartment in Costa Mesa or Newport Beach California and that he drove an M5 BMW which come to find out was not true. He had lived in this dwelling until him and partner at the time had a falling out and he was kicked out. This partner of his explained to me that Jordan was using drugs and was actually in a detox facility himself! This floored me especially after you see some dialog between us of him calling me out for all kinds of things that were actually things he was doing himself! Bottom line is that Jordan Tyler Hendrickson is a lair and a thief who preys on others for financial gain! I will include emails. text messages and phone calls I had recorded because of course my gut was right!

I can't stress enough how important this money was for my business and my family which at the end of the day I do it for! I have been ripped off too many times to allow someone like this to take advantage so I protected myself and compiled all the information to submit a lawsuit on him. It is really sad that someone like this is allowed to even be in this position of helping others when he can't even help himself or pay his marketers. All he has done since is threaten, lie, and tell me how much of a piece of _______ I am and that I should just go get a job at Mcdonalds because I was failing and that I'm a disappointment to my family!

This is now true seeing that the money he owes me was for my family and bills I had racked up just trying to get my business off the ground. Do not trust this 23 year old boy with your loved ones and definitely do not go into business with him if considering, my experience has been a nightmare that I just want to go away but until he pays me will continue to linger. I'm sad for him and really hope he gets the help he needs because at the end of the day I'm trying to strengthen my own spirit and don't wish bad on anyone but boy this guy makes it hard to not want to lower my standards and come to his level! Luckily I'm creating a strong network of people with influence in this industry and my future is too important to stoop to his level. You will be blown away by the things that come out of this guys mouth but when you hear it first hand you will understand that people like this need to be stopped dead in their tracks before they hurt anyone else!
