Jaanu Skin Care Royalty Skin Misleading free trial ad.....don't fall for it!!!! Fountain Valley California

This company is a total ripoff.  Misleading ad for a 30 day trial of eye care and skin care for FREE.  Not free......buyer beware.  I ordered my "FREE" trial which was not free.  I had to pay $4.95 for shipping but thought what the heck.  I ordered on February 7th and this morning February 21st there are two debits from my checking account.  $84.75 and $89.75.  Are you kidding me!!!  I am 57 years old and have paid for skin cream with Estee Lauder, Clinique, and other top brands but NEVER this amount.  My first call I talked to a snotty girl that probably was all of 18 years old.  She was having no part of refunding my money and eventually hung up on me.  I found another phone number. 888-444-1007 and spoke to a more mature person.  Supposedly their ad states free 30 day trial and must cancel within 15 days or they screw you.  The two people I spoke with kept saying 14 days.  I said today is the 14th day.  Refund my money or I'll take it up with my bank.  The further I read it's actually 15 days to cancel.  So, needless to say they are refunding my money.  The product itself is AWFUL!!!.  It's drying out my skin, a few red dots from irritation and making my eyes burn and skin is turning red.  Horrible deal all the way around.
